The 1800 renaissance style gardens at Caversham House are absolutely stunning. The three terraces are linked by 4 limestone staircases which leads to the Caversham House manicured lawned area. The middle and bottom terraces at Caversham House are adorned by hand carved full size female statues, carved from Donnybrook sandstone, each representing a season.

At Caversham House, the sandstone balustrade frame the garden beds which consist of 300 metres of formal Swan Valley hedges, roses, Thujas, Manchurian pear trees, star jasmine and blocks of bright seasonal colour. Transcending the three terraces is Caversham House's magnificent 4 storey waterfall with a 16 metre curtain of water cascading to the lower lawned area.

At Caversham House you can walk under the waterfall, along the 60 metre Jarrah walkway leading to our private, 21 metre floating pontoon. Caversham House weddings. The wedding ceremony at Caversham House may be held in front of the Swan River, on the Grand Staircase, or in front of the waterfall. Only one wedding ceremony at a time is held in the Hidden Gardens at Caversham House in the Swan Valley.
